Short Essay Questions

Please answer the following questions thoughtfully. These responses are a critical part of the selection process for acceptance as a Project LEAD participant. As there are a limited number of spaces available, this competitive process enables us to choose participants who desire to play an active, integral part in NBCC’s fight to end breast cancer for everyone.

Scholarship Application

NBCC is pleased to offer need-based scholarships to attend the Project LEAD Institute. We hope to accommodate as many individuals as possible, but funds are limited and financial assistance is not guaranteed. We offer a lodging scholarship (full coverage of a shared hotel room for the duration of the Institute), as well as a travel scholarship of up to $300 to ease travel costs. Please specify the type of assistance you require as you answer the questions below.
Your answer to these questions is mandatory in order to complete the scholarship application process.

COVID-19 Precautions

NBCC requires that individuals must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to attend in-person events such as the Project LEAD Institute.
